IntraQA runs this website (intraqa.com) and IntraQA test management (app.intraqa.com). Questions about this page go to sales@intraqa.com. Hiring questions go to hr@intraqa.com.

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, the service you mention, and your message. We email that to our sales inbox so we can reply. We keep the thread as ordinary business correspondence.

If you apply for a role, you email hr@intraqa.com. We use that message to consider your application.

The chat on the site answers in your browser. Those messages are not sent to our servers.

If you dismiss the TOKEN2049 banner, this browser remembers that for the session. We do not receive it.

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

The Singapore meeting calendar is provided by HubSpot. When you book a time, HubSpot collects what you enter, including your name, email, and the slot, and shares it with us so we can hold the meeting. HubSpot’s own privacy policy covers that form.

IntraQA test management is a separate app. To use it you create an account with your name, email, and a password. We store a hash of the password, not the password itself.

Whatever you put in the product stays there so your team can use it: projects, test cases, plans, runs, requirements, and files you upload. We use that information to run the product. We do not sell it.

We share information only so the service can work, or when the law requires it. That includes the email service that delivers contact and hiring messages, HubSpot when you book a meeting, and the company that hosts the test management app.

Contact and hiring emails stay for as long as we need them for that conversation and for ordinary business records.

Test management data stays while the account is in use. Email us if you want an account or its project data deleted.

Email sales@intraqa.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond to that request.

This website and the test management app are for people at work. They are not meant for anyone under 16.

If this page changes, we will update the date at the top. Client work is covered by the agreement for that engagement.
